Greeting Card Info
Our Cornish Greeting Cards are available online, and also in a handful of Cornish stores. They are professionally printed on FSC approved board and have 100% recycled envelopes and walk leaflets (where applicable). For their protection, in stores and fairs and markets they are sold in fully biodegradable corn starch sleeves, but when bought online are supplied bare! They are all completely recyclable.
There are nine ranges of Billie's Walk greeting cards:

Cornwall Walks Collection... Does what it says on the tin! These A5 cards are of the wonderfully varied and rich historical landscapes of Cornwall, and come with a loose A4 leaflet detailing a walk between 2 and 5 miles in length around where the picture was taken. The walk leaflet can be completely removed without a trace, and therefore need not be given with the card.

Cornwall Collection. These A5 cards feature more of Cornwall's beautiful vistas.

Cornwall Wildflower & Fauna Collection. Birds, butterflies, flowers and other living things we encounter on our walks. These cards are 145mm square.

Gnome from Home & Friends. This is an illustrated range, including Goran the Gnome. These A5 cards are a collaboration between my Artist son Finley's wonderful drawings and my mad ideas!

Smile Collection. A newer range consisting simply of things that make me smile! A5 in size, although taken in Cornwall these cards are not area specific.

St Piran Collection. This range consists of just four A5 cards all featuring the Cornish St Piran flag.

Vintage Collection. A5 in size once again, and featuring vintage cars, steam engines and tractors.
​

Charity Christmas Cards support Transformation CPR (the local Foodbank). They are A6 in size and come in a selection of different packs including wholly Cornish or English language ones.

A5 Christmas Cards available with both photographic and illustrated designs. They come both singularly and in a variety of packs.

Print Info
​
Our photos and fine art prints come mounted, with the exception of the 18 x 12" Fine Art Lustre Print which comes rolled.
​
8 x 6", 8 x 8" and 12 x 8" Photographic Prints are on Fuji Crystal Archive Lustre paper. This silver halide paper has been designed to deliver enhanced colour reproduction, white purity and image stability, and has a lovely finish.
​
The following prints are made using the Giclee process. This sprays a minimum of 8 archival quality inks onto Fine Art paper producing better colour accuracy than standard printing.

12 x 8" and 18 x 12" Fine Art Lustre Print. These prints are on Fotospeed PF Lustre 275gsm paper, a bright white paper that has a multi award winning wide colour gamut.

12 x 12" and 18 x 12" Hahnemuhle Fine Art Bamboo Print. This 290gsm paper is made from 90% bamboo fibres and 10% cotton. It has a very smooth matte finish and is one of the most eco friendly papers available.

18 x 12" Hahnemuhle Fine Art Baryta Print. This 325gsm bright white gloss paper has high colour depth and a slight surface texture.

All prints have a white border so:
An 8 x 6" (20.3 x 15.2cm) print has an actual picture size of 7 3/4 x 5 3/16" (19.7 x 13.2cm) and comes in a 10 x 8" (25.4 x 20.3cm) mount.
A 12 x 8" (30.45 x 20.3cm) print has an actual picture size of 10 1/2 x 7" (26.6 x 17.8cm) and comes in a 14 x 11" (35.5 x 28cm) mount.
An 18 x 12" (45.5 x 30.45cm) print has an actual picture size of 16 x 10 5/8" (40.6 x 27cm) and comes in a 20 x 16" (50.8 x 40.6cm) mount, or unmounted and rolled.
All measurements are subject to slight variations.

Please note that while the photographs are taken and processed in RGB colour standard, not all devices will display colours accurately and to the same standard. Therefore, a small amount of colour variation may occur from screen to product. Also when viewed on a screen pictures can appear to be slightly brighter.
Pictures on the website are reduced in quality to enable faster loading speeds. Prints are not supplied with 'copyright' across them, nor do they have '© AC E... ...co.uk' in the corner, these are on the digital copies purely to protect the images online.

Keyrings
​
Keyring external dimensions of approximately 6.5 x 4.3 cm (2.5 x 1.7 inches). Internal measurements, and photo size is 5 x 3.4 cm (1.9 x 1.3 inches). All pictures and backs are printed professionally on photo paper. Prices are £4.50 including postage.

Postal Info
​
Postage & Packing is free within the UK Mainland on all orders over £10. Orders over £50 will require a signature on receipt, or the appropriate post Covid alternative. We will send out all Photo and Print orders first class by Royal Mail, and Greeting Cards and other items by second class. We aim to deliver your items within ten working days (though it's usually much quicker) of you placing the order. Canvas Print deliveries have a delivery aim of fifteen working days. Where an item is out of stock or is expected to take longer we will notify you, to the best of our ability, of an expected delivery date. If this is not acceptable you have the right to cancel your order.

International postage depends on which zone you are in. Items below £20 value will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard service, £20 and above by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service.
​
Europe: For orders below £15 there is a £3.00 postal charge. Orders of between £15 and £32 will incur a postage charge of £6. Orders over £32 will incur a £10.00 charge.
Australia and New Zealand: For orders below £15 there is a £10.00 postal charge. Orders of between £15 and £32 will incur a postal charge of £13. Orders over £32 will incur a £25.00 postal charge.
Canada and most of South America, Africa,Asia: For orders below £15 there is a £8.00 postal charge. Orders of between £15 and £32 will incur a £12 postal charge. Orders over £32 will incur a £20.00 postal charge.
USA: For orders below £15 there is an £8.00 postal charge. Orders of between £15 and £32 will incur a postage charge of £14. Orders over £32 will incur an £21.00 postal charge.

Returns Info
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products. We must be notified within this timeframe and the items must be returned to us in the original condition; that is unused and in its original packaging. You must send the items back to us at this address: Billie’s Walk, 4 Andrews Terrace, Four Lanes, Redruth TR16 6QD, at your own cost within 14 days of notifying us of your intent.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the products if you do not return them or return them at our expense. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
These regulations do not apply to downloads, and as such do not apply to our Walks.

All pictures were taken by me, AC Elliott. These photographs and all artwork are protected by copyright as artistic works. This protection continues to apply after the photographs and images have been sold as greeting cards and prints. Reproduction of any image, without my, or after my decease my estate's, express permission, is illegal, and appropriate legal action will be taken. The sharing of Billie's Walk Facebook posts, or pictures of your new picture on social media is perfectly acceptable :-)
