The 8" (20.3cm) square print size includes a white border.  Actual picture size is 6 3/4" (17.15cm) square, set in your choice of 10" (25.4cm) square mount.

The 12" (30.45cm) square print size includes a white border.  Actual picture size is 10 1/2" (26.65cm) square, set in your choice of an approximately 15" (38cm) square mount.
