This 2.8 miles/ one hour walk has some history, and also some wildlife habitats. A few quiet road sections, but also one long pavemented busy stretch. It is mainly flat with one, fairly gradual long incline, but also one long flight of steep, descending, uneven steps. Because of these it is not recommended for anyone with knee or hip problems.  Near Redruth - Area B.
