The 4.5 miles/ 105 minute walk has waterside paths, beautiful woodland, abundant birdlife, and the coast.  It can be very soggy in place, including some slippery when wet sections. Otherwise mainly good underfoot.  Two long steady ascents, and a tall stile.  Good amount of off lead time for dogs.  One very short road section.
