This 4.5 miles/ 105 minute walk has lakeside paths, beautiful woodland, abundant birdlife, and the coast.  It can be very soggy in places, including some sections that are slippery when wet.  Otherwise mainly good underfoot.  Two long steady ascents, and a tall stile.  Good amount of off lead time for dogs.  One very short, quiet road.  Close to Culdrose Naval base, so can sometimes have jets and helicopters overhead.  Near Helston - Area C.
